📋 Format and Regulations
Group Stage
- 13-point rally scoring, sudden death at 12-12
- No court switching
- No timeout allowed
- Receiving side makes all line calls
- Referee will call for NVZ infractions, short serves and service foots faults and will assist
with scorekeeping and results submission
- All dispute must be handled respectfully; referee’s decision is final
Knockout Stage (Semi-Final)
- 21-point rally scoring, win by serve at 20-20
- Switch sides at 11th point
- One 1-minute timeout per team
- Receiving side makes all line calls
- Referee will call for NVZ infractions, short serves and service foots faults and will assist
with scorekeeping and results submission
- All dispute must be handled respectfully; referee’s decision is final
Knockout Stage (Final & 3/4 placing)
- 15-point rally scoring, win by serve at 14-14
- Best of three
- One 1-minute timeout per team
- Receiving side makes all line calls
- Referee will call for NVZ infractions, short serves and service foots faults and will assist
with scorekeeping and results submission
- All dispute must be handled respectfully; referee’s decision is final
📌 Eligibility
1. Players with a verified DUPR rating below 3.000.
2. Rating will be based on the highest DUPR rating recorded during the period between 1st August 2025 and 9th November 2025.
3. Players without a DUPR rating are not eligible, and self-evaluation is not allowed.
4. Players with podium finishes in any event with DUPR <3.0 or higher are not eligible.
5. Reliability score of DUPR rating must be higher than 70%
6. Historical podium finishes with DUPR <3.0 or combined <6.0 in any category:
- Mini tournaments (less than 16 teams) -> cannot have more than 3x podiums (per team)
- Major tournaments (48 teams and above) -> cannot have ANY podiums
- Total podiums (per team) cannot exceed 1
🚫 Disqualification Policy
1. Players found to have multiple DUPR accounts with different ratings will be disqualified.
2. Registration fees will not be refunded for disqualified players.
📝 Registration
1. Create team through Reclub.
2. Submit the DUPR profile link to the “Captain Chat” for eligibility verification
3. Once approved, you will be notified to confirm registration on Sports Sync and make payment.

4. Any payment made before verification is non-refundable.
5. If your partner is found ineligible, you must find a new partner.
6. Registration Fee: RM110 per team.

08:15 - 10:45 PM : Group Stage
10:45 - 11:00 PM : Knockout Stage (semifinals)
11:00 - 11:30 PM : Knockout Stage (finals)
11:30 - 11:45 PM : Prize Presentation
⚠️ Disclaimer
1. All registration fees are non-refundable, except in the event of tournament cancellation or postponement.
2. In the event of cancellation, a full refund will be issued to all registered players.
In the event of postponement, registered teams may opt to retain their slot for the rescheduled date or request a full refund.
3. The organizer reserves the exclusive right to make final determinations regarding player eligibility, match regulations, and any modifications to the tournament details or format.
4. Prize values are subject to adjustment should the total number of registered teams fall below the targeted capacity.
5. Participants are responsible for ensuring they are medically and physically fit to compete.
6. The organizer shall bear no liability for injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the event. Participation is undertaken entirely at the player’s own risk.
7. Players who fail to check in on time may be disqualified without refund.
8. All decisions made by referees and organizer are final.
