The All-Stars Pickleball Invitational is here — Malaysia’s first multi-region showdown featuring two thrilling divisions:

Both divisions are led by your favourite Astro Audio announcers, and each will crown its own champion.

Tournament Categories
This tournament features the following categories with specific requirements and registration fees.

Terms & Conditions
1. The Toyota x Astro Audio All-Stars Pickleball Invitational 2025 (the “Tournament”) is
organised by UMW Toyota Motor Sdn. Bhd. and Astro Radio Sdn. Bhd. collectively referred
to as the “Organisers”) with the full support of the Malaysia Pickleball Association and the
respective state pickleball associations.
2. The Tournament shall be conducted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, the
Rules and Regulations, all applicable laws and regulations, and any additional guidelines that
may be issued by the Organisers from time to time.
3. These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all individuals participating in the Tournament
(“Player” or collectively as “Players”) and are deemed to have been accepted upon
registration.
4. Full details, updates and announcements relating to the Tournament can be found on the
official website: www.toyota.com.my (the “Official Website”).
5. For the purposes of this Tournament, the collection, use, disclosure, and management of any
personal data or other information provided by Players shall be governed by the UMW
Toyota Motor Privacy Policy, available at:
https://www.toyota.com.my/en/miscellaneous/legal-privacy.html (the “Privacy Policy”).
Players are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted the Privacy Policy, which
outlines UMW Toyota Motor’s practices for handling personal information in accordance with
applicable data protection laws. By participating in the Tournament, Players expressly
consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Rules and
Regulations.
6. The Tournament will be conducted under the USA Pickleball Official Rulebook. Any
additional tournament-specific rulings, format adjustments, or clarifications will be
communicated in advance by the Organisers. All Players are required to adhere to such
modifications as a condition of continued participation.
7. The Organisers reserve the right to modify, amend or substitute any part of these Rules and
Regulations and/or the Privacy Policy at its sole discretion, without prior notice to the
Players. If there is ambiguity or inconsistency in interpretation, the Organisers shall be the
final authority and will act in a manner that reasonably considers the interests of all affected
Players. It is the sole responsibility of each Player to regularly review the Tournament rules
and the Privacy Policy on the Official Website to remain informed and compliant. The
Organisers shall not be liable for any consequences arising from a Player’s failure to do so.
8. By registering for the Tournament, all Players agree to:
i. Provide true, accurate, current and complete information contained in any registration
form;
ii. Maintain the confidentiality and security of their login credentials; and
iii. Promptly update their Registration Data to ensure it remains accurate and complete
throughout the Tournament Period.
9. The Organisers may contact the Players from time to time by email and/or mobile device
provided in the Registration Data. All communications sent to the registered contact details
shall be deemed duly received by the Players. If the Players provide any information that is
untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or the Organisers has reasonable grounds to
suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, the Organisers
may suspend or terminate the Player's registration and deny Players any and all future
participation in the Tournament or access to the Official Website (or any parts thereof).
10. The Organisers reserve the right to cancel or postpone the Tournament at any time without
prior notice to the Players. In such circumstances, the Organisers shall make reasonable
efforts to notify all registered Players as soon as practicable. For the avoidance of doubt, the
Organisers and its Affiliates (as hereinafter defined) shall not be held liable for any loss,
damages or inconvenience arising from such changes. “Affiliates” shall include sponsors, coOrganisers, co-sponsors, partners, volunteers, and any party involved in the provision of
products or services related to the Tournament.
11. In the event of any cancellation, postponement, or amendment of the Tournament, the
Organisers shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or inconvenience incurred by any
Player. For the avoidance of doubt, as no participation fees are collected from Players, no
compensation, reimbursement, or replacement benefits of any kind will be provided under
any circumstances, including but not limited to force majeure events, natural disasters, acts
of God, war, government restrictions, pandemic-related disruptions, or any other situation
beyond the Organisers’ reasonable control.
12. The Organisers reserve the right to amend the Tournament, modify the match formats,
schedules, or rules as the Organisers deem fit for the safety of the Players and/or to prevent
any potential hazards in the running of the Tournament, at any time. In such cases, the
Organisers shall make reasonable efforts to inform the Players in advance. The Organisers
and its Affiliates shall not be held liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from such
amendments.
13. By participating in the Tournament, Players grant the Organisers and its Affiliates the right to
photograph, record or film their participation in the Tournament and related activities. These
media assets may be used for any legitimate purpose, including but not limited to
promotional advertising, publicity, or commercial use, without the need for prior consent or
compensation to the Player.
14. The Organisers reserve the right to limit, refuse or revoke entry to the Tournament and/or
other program(s), event(s), talk(s), demonstration(s), or any other activities involving the
Organisers without giving any reason and/or notice.
15. While every reasonable precaution will be taken by the Organisers to ensure the safety of
Players, the Players take part entirely at their own risk. To the extent permitted by law, the
Organisers and its Affiliates shall not be responsible or liable for any injury, illness (including
communicable disease), damage, death or any other loss occurring before, during, or after
participation in the Tournament or related activities. All Players are strongly encouraged to
undergo a medical check-up and obtain clearance from a licensed medical practitioner
before taking part in the Tournament.
16. Participation is open exclusively to Malaysian citizens holding a valid Malaysian Identity Card
(MyKad). The Organisers reserve the right to conduct background checks and request
supporting documentation to verify each Player’s nationality and eligibility status. Failure to
comply with or meet eligibility requirements may result in disqualification at any stage of the
Tournament.
17. Employees, representatives, and immediate family members of UMW Toyota Motor Sdn.
Bhd., its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, and authorised Toyota dealers, as well as
employees of Astro Radio Sdn. Bhd. and its subsidiaries are not eligible to participate in this
Tournament. Any entries received from such ineligible individuals shall be deemed invalid
and disqualified at the sole discretion of the Organisers.
18. Completion of the registration form confirms the Player’s agreement to abide by these Rules
and Regulations and the Privacy Policy. The Tournament Committee reserves the right to
close the registration once capacity is reached. The Organisers shall not in any way be
responsible for any disputes arising from incomplete or inaccurate information submitted
during registration.
19. The Tournament will be conducted across three (3) regional venues and dates as follows:
i. 22 – 23 November 2025 (Saturday and Sunday) at D Pickle Zone Johor Bahru, PTD
75289, Jalan Harum Utama, Taman Perindustrian Sri Plentong, Permas Jaya, 81750
Masai, Johor
ii. 29 – 30 November 2025 (Saturday and Sunday) at G.O.A.T Pickle Club, No. 341, Jalan
Jeti Jelutong, Jelutong, 11600 Jelutong, Pulau Pinang
iii. 6 – 7 December 2025 (Saturday and Sunday) at First Shot Pickleball, Factory 19, Lot
102, Jalan Professor Khoo Kay Kim, Seksyen 19, 46300 Petaling Jaya, Selangor
20. The Tournament shall consist of two (2) separate divisions — Adult and Junior.
21. The Adult Division shall be conducted as a team event. Each team shall comprise four (4)
men and four (4) women, competing in a total of four (4) doubles matches under the
following categories:
i. Men’s Doubles
ii. Women’s Doubles
iii. Mixed Doubles A
iv. Mixed Doubles B
22. The Junior Division shall be conducted as a standalone category, featuring one (1) Mixed
Doubles pair. The pair may consist of two boys, two girls, or one boy and one girl.
23. (a) Adult Category: Players must be nineteen (19) years of age or above as of the
Tournament Date for their respective state.
(b) Junior Category: Players must be between twelve (12) and sixteen (16) years of age, as
of the Tournament Date for their respective state. Parental or legal guardian consent is
mandatory for Players competing in this category.
24. Teams must strategically select different Players for each game. No player may compete in
more than one (1) Category within the same team match, to ensure fairness, balanced play,
and wider participation.
25. A player from any Category may register to participate in only one (1) region. Any player
found to have registered for, or attempted to participate in, multiple regions shall be
disqualified from the entire Tournament at the discretion of the Organisers.
26. In the event that a registered player is unable to participate due to unforeseen
circumstances, the team may nominate another player of the same gender as a replacement,
provided that the replacement meets all player’s eligibility requirements stated in these
Terms & Conditions and is approved by the Organisers. If the player isunable to participate
and no other eligible male replacement is available within the team, the team captain or
representative must notify the Organisers at least five (5) days before the Tournament date
to allow sufficient time for an approved replacement to be arranged.
27. Failure to provide such notice within the stipulated timeframe may result in the team being
deemed incomplete and subsequently disqualified from the Tournament. The Organisers’
decision on player replacements shall be final and binding.
28. The Organisers do not provide locker facilities solely for the convenience of the Players.
Players are solely responsible for the safekeeping of their personal belongings. Any
belongings or items deposited in the locker service are stored entirely at the Players’ own
risk. The Organisers shall not be responsible for, and accept no liability whatsoever in
respect of the loss, theft, or damage (whether direct, indirect or consequential) to any
personal belongings or items stored in the lockers, howsoever arising.
29. The Organisers also reserve the right to conduct reasonable inspections on any item or bag
deposited for security purposes.
30. Winners of the Tournament shall not be eligible to participate in any subsequent Toyota x
Astro Audio All-Stars Pickleball Invitational 2025 Tournament matches, to ensure fair play
and provide opportunities for new Players. Each Player is permitted to win only one (1) prize
in the Category for which he or she has registered. Additionally, only one (1) winner per
location is permitted; the same individual may not be declared a winner in more than one (1)
location.
31. The Organisers reserve the right to replace any winners if he/she is found to be disqualified
for any reason whatsoever, at the Organisers’ sole discretion.
32. All winners must report to the person-in-charge at the designated Prize Giving Area as
stipulated by the Organisers. Failure by any winning team to report at the specified time and
location may result in forfeiture of the prize, and the Organisers reserve the right, at their sole
discretion, to donate the forfeited prize to charity.
33. Prize money shall be awarded on an individual basis to each eligible Player in the Adult
Category. Payments will be made directly to the respective winners, and the Organisers will
administer all disbursements in a fair and timely manner, in accordance with the official
results. .
34. Players in the Junior Category shall not be eligible for prize money. Instead, winners will
receive medals or other forms of recognition, as determined by the Organisers, in
appreciation of their effort, performance and sportsmanship.
35. Disbursement of prize money shall be administered by ProPulse Events PLT on behalf of
UMW Toyota Motor Sdn. Bhd. Prize money will be disbursed to the individual winners via
bank transfer within thirty (30) to sixty (60) days following the conclusion of the Tournament.
36. All winners must first present their Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) for verification purposes.
37. In the event of any disagreement, including but not limited to line calls, score disputes, or
procedural confusion, Players must first attempt to resolve the matter respectfully among
themselves. If the issue remains unresolved, the Referee may pause the match and refer the
matter to the Tournament Director for a final decision.
38. Players must not delay the match indefinitely, and repeated refusal to continue play may
result in a default or forfeit at the discretion of the Organisers.
39. Any disputes must be raised immediately with the Referee or Tournament Director during the
match. Only disputes concerning score discrepancies or rule violations will be considered,
and no retrospective challenges shall be entertained once the match has concluded. Upon
official recording and announcement of match results, all outcomes shall be deemed final
and binding, and no further complaints, appeals, or disputes will be accepted under any
circumstances.
40. The Organisers may revise or update these Terms & Conditions from time to time as
necessary. All matters or disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia.

1. The Toyota x Astro Audio All-Stars Pickleball Invitational 2025 (the “Tournament”) is

2. The Tournament shall be conducted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, the
Rules and Regulations, all applicable laws and regulations, and any additional guidelines that
may be issued by the Organisers from time to time.
3. These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all individuals participating in the Tournament
(“Player” or collectively as “Players”) and are deemed to have been accepted upon
registration.
4. Full details, updates and announcements relating to the Tournament can be found on the
official website: www.toyota.com.my (the “Official Website”).
5. For the purposes of this Tournament, the collection, use, disclosure, and management of any
personal data or other information provided by Players shall be governed by the UMW
Toyota Motor Privacy Policy, available at:
https://www.toyota.com.my/en/miscellaneous/legal-privacy.html (the “Privacy Policy”).
Players are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted the Privacy Policy, which
outlines UMW Toyota Motor’s practices for handling personal information in accordance with
applicable data protection laws. By participating in the Tournament, Players expressly
consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Rules and
Regulations.
6. The Tournament will be conducted under the USA Pickleball Official Rulebook. Any
additional tournament-specific rulings, format adjustments, or clarifications will be
communicated in advance by the Organisers. All Players are required to adhere to such
modifications as a condition of continued participation.
7. The Organisers reserve the right to modify, amend or substitute any part of these Rules and
Regulations and/or the Privacy Policy at its sole discretion, without prior notice to the
Players. If there is ambiguity or inconsistency in interpretation, the Organisers shall be the
final authority and will act in a manner that reasonably considers the interests of all affected
Players. It is the sole responsibility of each Player to regularly review the Tournament rules
and the Privacy Policy on the Official Website to remain informed and compliant. The
Organisers shall not be liable for any consequences arising from a Player’s failure to do so.
8. By registering for the Tournament, all Players agree to:
i. Provide true, accurate, current and complete information contained in any registration
form;
ii. Maintain the confidentiality and security of their login credentials; and
iii. Promptly update their Registration Data to ensure it remains accurate and complete
throughout the Tournament Period.
9. The Organisers may contact the Players from time to time by email and/or mobile device
provided in the Registration Data. All communications sent to the registered contact details
shall be deemed duly received by the Players. If the Players provide any information that is
untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or the Organisers has reasonable grounds to
suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, the Organisers
may suspend or terminate the Player's registration and deny Players any and all future
participation in the Tournament or access to the Official Website (or any parts thereof).
10. The Organisers reserve the right to cancel or postpone the Tournament at any time without
prior notice to the Players. In such circumstances, the Organisers shall make reasonable
efforts to notify all registered Players as soon as practicable. For the avoidance of doubt, the
Organisers and its Affiliates (as hereinafter defined) shall not be held liable for any loss,
damages or inconvenience arising from such changes. “Affiliates” shall include sponsors, coOrganisers, co-sponsors, partners, volunteers, and any party involved in the provision of
products or services related to the Tournament.
11. In the event of any cancellation, postponement, or amendment of the Tournament, the
Organisers shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or inconvenience incurred by any
Player. For the avoidance of doubt, as no participation fees are collected from Players, no
compensation, reimbursement, or replacement benefits of any kind will be provided under
any circumstances, including but not limited to force majeure events, natural disasters, acts
of God, war, government restrictions, pandemic-related disruptions, or any other situation
beyond the Organisers’ reasonable control.
12. The Organisers reserve the right to amend the Tournament, modify the match formats,
schedules, or rules as the Organisers deem fit for the safety of the Players and/or to prevent
any potential hazards in the running of the Tournament, at any time. In such cases, the
Organisers shall make reasonable efforts to inform the Players in advance. The Organisers
and its Affiliates shall not be held liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from such
amendments.
13. By participating in the Tournament, Players grant the Organisers and its Affiliates the right to
photograph, record or film their participation in the Tournament and related activities. These
media assets may be used for any legitimate purpose, including but not limited to
promotional advertising, publicity, or commercial use, without the need for prior consent or
compensation to the Player.
14. The Organisers reserve the right to limit, refuse or revoke entry to the Tournament and/or
other program(s), event(s), talk(s), demonstration(s), or any other activities involving the
Organisers without giving any reason and/or notice.
15. While every reasonable precaution will be taken by the Organisers to ensure the safety of
Players, the Players take part entirely at their own risk. To the extent permitted by law, the
Organisers and its Affiliates shall not be responsible or liable for any injury, illness (including
communicable disease), damage, death or any other loss occurring before, during, or after
participation in the Tournament or related activities. All Players are strongly encouraged to
undergo a medical check-up and obtain clearance from a licensed medical practitioner
before taking part in the Tournament.
16. Participation is open exclusively to Malaysian citizens holding a valid Malaysian Identity Card
(MyKad). The Organisers reserve the right to conduct background checks and request
supporting documentation to verify each Player’s nationality and eligibility status. Failure to
comply with or meet eligibility requirements may result in disqualification at any stage of the
Tournament.
17. Employees, representatives, and immediate family members of UMW Toyota Motor Sdn.
Bhd., its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, and authorised Toyota dealers, as well as
employees of Astro Radio Sdn. Bhd. and its subsidiaries are not eligible to participate in this
Tournament. Any entries received from such ineligible individuals shall be deemed invalid
and disqualified at the sole discretion of the Organisers.
18. Completion of the registration form confirms the Player’s agreement to abide by these Rules
and Regulations and the Privacy Policy. The Tournament Committee reserves the right to
close the registration once capacity is reached. The Organisers shall not in any way be
responsible for any disputes arising from incomplete or inaccurate information submitted
during registration.
19. The Tournament will be conducted across three (3) regional venues and dates as follows:
i. 22 – 23 November 2025 (Saturday and Sunday) at D Pickle Zone Johor Bahru, PTD
75289, Jalan Harum Utama, Taman Perindustrian Sri Plentong, Permas Jaya, 81750
Masai, Johor
ii. 29 – 30 November 2025 (Saturday and Sunday) at G.O.A.T Pickle Club, No. 341, Jalan
Jeti Jelutong, Jelutong, 11600 Jelutong, Pulau Pinang
iii. 6 – 7 December 2025 (Saturday and Sunday) at First Shot Pickleball, Factory 19, Lot
102, Jalan Professor Khoo Kay Kim, Seksyen 19, 46300 Petaling Jaya, Selangor
20. The Tournament shall consist of two (2) separate divisions — Adult and Junior.
21. The Adult Division shall be conducted as a team event. Each team shall comprise four (4)
men and four (4) women, competing in a total of four (4) doubles matches under the
following categories:
i. Men’s Doubles
ii. Women’s Doubles
iii. Mixed Doubles A
iv. Mixed Doubles B
22. The Junior Division shall be conducted as a standalone category, featuring one (1) Mixed
Doubles pair. The pair may consist of two boys, two girls, or one boy and one girl.
23. (a) Adult Category: Players must be nineteen (19) years of age or above as of the
Tournament Date for their respective state.
(b) Junior Category: Players must be between twelve (12) and sixteen (16) years of age, as
of the Tournament Date for their respective state. Parental or legal guardian consent is
mandatory for Players competing in this category.
24. Teams must strategically select different Players for each game. No player may compete in
more than one (1) Category within the same team match, to ensure fairness, balanced play,
and wider participation.
25. A player from any Category may register to participate in only one (1) region. Any player
found to have registered for, or attempted to participate in, multiple regions shall be
disqualified from the entire Tournament at the discretion of the Organisers.
26. In the event that a registered player is unable to participate due to unforeseen
circumstances, the team may nominate another player of the same gender as a replacement,
provided that the replacement meets all player’s eligibility requirements stated in these
Terms & Conditions and is approved by the Organisers. If the player isunable to participate
and no other eligible male replacement is available within the team, the team captain or
representative must notify the Organisers at least five (5) days before the Tournament date
to allow sufficient time for an approved replacement to be arranged.
27. Failure to provide such notice within the stipulated timeframe may result in the team being
deemed incomplete and subsequently disqualified from the Tournament. The Organisers’
decision on player replacements shall be final and binding.
28. The Organisers do not provide locker facilities solely for the convenience of the Players.
Players are solely responsible for the safekeeping of their personal belongings. Any
belongings or items deposited in the locker service are stored entirely at the Players’ own
risk. The Organisers shall not be responsible for, and accept no liability whatsoever in
respect of the loss, theft, or damage (whether direct, indirect or consequential) to any
personal belongings or items stored in the lockers, howsoever arising.
29. The Organisers also reserve the right to conduct reasonable inspections on any item or bag
deposited for security purposes.
30. Winners of the Tournament shall not be eligible to participate in any subsequent Toyota x
Astro Audio All-Stars Pickleball Invitational 2025 Tournament matches, to ensure fair play
and provide opportunities for new Players. Each Player is permitted to win only one (1) prize
in the Category for which he or she has registered. Additionally, only one (1) winner per
location is permitted; the same individual may not be declared a winner in more than one (1)
location.
31. The Organisers reserve the right to replace any winners if he/she is found to be disqualified
for any reason whatsoever, at the Organisers’ sole discretion.
32. All winners must report to the person-in-charge at the designated Prize Giving Area as
stipulated by the Organisers. Failure by any winning team to report at the specified time and
location may result in forfeiture of the prize, and the Organisers reserve the right, at their sole
discretion, to donate the forfeited prize to charity.
33. Prize money shall be awarded on an individual basis to each eligible Player in the Adult
Category. Payments will be made directly to the respective winners, and the Organisers will
administer all disbursements in a fair and timely manner, in accordance with the official
results. .
34. Players in the Junior Category shall not be eligible for prize money. Instead, winners will
receive medals or other forms of recognition, as determined by the Organisers, in
appreciation of their effort, performance and sportsmanship.
35. Disbursement of prize money shall be administered by ProPulse Events PLT on behalf of
UMW Toyota Motor Sdn. Bhd. Prize money will be disbursed to the individual winners via
bank transfer within thirty (30) to sixty (60) days following the conclusion of the Tournament.
36. All winners must first present their Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) for verification purposes.
37. In the event of any disagreement, including but not limited to line calls, score disputes, or
procedural confusion, Players must first attempt to resolve the matter respectfully among
themselves. If the issue remains unresolved, the Referee may pause the match and refer the
matter to the Tournament Director for a final decision.
38. Players must not delay the match indefinitely, and repeated refusal to continue play may
result in a default or forfeit at the discretion of the Organisers.
39. Any disputes must be raised immediately with the Referee or Tournament Director during the
match. Only disputes concerning score discrepancies or rule violations will be considered,
and no retrospective challenges shall be entertained once the match has concluded. Upon
official recording and announcement of match results, all outcomes shall be deemed final
and binding, and no further complaints, appeals, or disputes will be accepted under any
circumstances.
40. The Organisers may revise or update these Terms & Conditions from time to time as
necessary. All matters or disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia.
