Players who register for two or more categories are responsible for ensuring that their category schedules do not conflict.
If a player’s matches overlap or clash between categories, the player is responsible for managing their own schedule and informing the relevant court/match officials accordingly.
The organiser will not be responsible for any delays, missed matches, walkovers, or disqualification resulting from a player’s participation in multiple categories or scheduling conflicts between categories.
📊 DUPR ELIGIBILITY & INTEGRITY RULES
• Players must register using their own and accurate DUPR account.
• Any social DUPR games played within 3 months prior to the registration date must be declared to the organisers. Failure to declare may result in disqualification (DQ).
• Organisers reserve the right to conduct DUPR verification and vetting before and during the tournament.
• Players suspected of DUPR manipulation, rating manipulation, sandbagging, or intentionally maintaining an inaccurate rating may be subject to review and DQ.
• The official player list will be published 2 weeks before the tournament to allow players to raise concerns and assist the organisers in ensuring a fair and competitive tournament.
• Only participants registered in the respective category may submit a protest regarding another player’s DUPR eligibility.
• All protests must include the reporter’s name and relevant supporting details for verification by the organisers.
• The identity of the reporter will be kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to the reported player.
• Players are encouraged to report any suspicious DUPR activity, rating irregularities, or potential manipulation to the organisers.
• The organiser’s decision regarding DUPR eligibility, protests, and tournament integrity shall be final.
⏰ DISPUTE DEADLINE
- All disputes, protests, and complaints regarding DUPR eligibility must be submitted no later than 1 October 2026.
- After 1 October 2026, no further complaints, objections, or eligibility disputes will be entertained, except in exceptional circumstances at the organiser’s discretion.
- Once the dispute period closes, the player eligibility and tournament draw shall be considered final.
- The dispute deadline does not prevent the organisers from taking action if new evidence of DUPR manipulation, fraud, or eligibility violations is discovered after the deadline.
Video Review & Line Calls
In matches without an official video review system, smartphone recordings, livestreams, or any other external video footage will not form part of the officiating process and cannot be used to overturn or challenge a line call.
Any such footage may only be used for informal discussion or reference and has no impact on the official match result.
All line calls and rulings are based on the real-time calls made during the match.
