A) All entries must be completed before 23rd September 2026, Wednesday, by 2:00 PM (Brunei Time).

B) 2 Players must confirm payment before registration is accepted. Late entries without payment confirmation will not be accepted.

C) No refunds will be issued once payment has been made.

D) Participation must be confirmed by the Organisers before making travel or accommodation arrangements.

Participants must:

• Follow the 2026 USA Pickleball Rules unless otherwise stated
• Use equipment and paddles compliant with the applicable rules.
• Maintain good sportsmanship and respect opponents, officials, staff and volunteers.
• Make fair and honest line calls.
• No coaching is permitted once a match has started.
• Unsportsmanlike conduct, abusive language, equipment abuse or venue damage may result in penalty or immediate disqualification.
• Players participate at their own risk and are responsible for their own belongings.
• The Organisers are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal items.
• The Organisers may postpone or cancel the tournament due to force majeure, severe weather, emergencies, government instructions or other circumstances beyond their control.
• The Tournament Director’s decision is final and binding.
