***DUPR ELIGIBILITY AND PODIUM RESTRICTION RULES (PLEASE READ)***

1)     Players with DUPR NR is eligible to join. NR is equivalent to DUPR 2.7  

2)     DUPR will not be submitted for this tournament.

3)     Maximum podium per players is 2 numbers (Novice) and 3 numbers (Intermediate) in Sportsync for year 2026 during registration time. (Reclub Trophies are excluded).

4) A podium finish in any category or division will be counted as one (1) podium.

5) Team Event Podium in Sportsync will be excluded from podium calculation.

PRIZE POOL

CHAMPION – RM 1,000 CASH + MEDAL X 2 + RM200 Voucher

1^ST RUNNER UP – RM 600 CASH + MEDAL X 2 + RM150 Voucher

2^ND RUNNER UP – RM 250 CASH + MEDAL X 2 + RM100 Voucher

**Vouchers only to be given when meet minimum 16 teams for each categories**

- 15 Points Game, serve to win when 14-14

- Receiver call IN/OUT, final decision by Referee

Finals & 3rd Place Match

- 21 Points Game

- At 20–20: Serve to Win

- Switch sides at 11 points

- 1-minute timeout per team

- Receiver call IN/OUT, final decision by Referee

(Injury time out 10 minutes)

AGE CLARIFICATION

1)     AGE CALCULATIONS IS BASED ON YEAR. WE DON’T LOOK AT MONTH AND DATE. EXAMPLE, ADAM BORN IN 21ST DECEMBER 1991, TAKE 2026 – 1991 = 35. HE IS QUALIFIED TO JOIN AGE 35 CATEGORY EVEN HIS 35^TH BIRTHDAY IS NOT REACHED YET.

2)     ADAM (40 YEARS OLD) AND PETER (35 YEARS OLD) WOULD LIKE TO REGISER FOR THS TOURNAMENT, WHICH CATEGORY THEY ABLE TO JOIN? USE THE SMALLER AGE WHICH IS 35 YEARD OLD AND BOTH OF THEM CAN ONLY JOIN AGE 35+ CATEGORY.

3)     RICHARD IS 50 YEARS OLD. HE CAN JOIN AGE 50+ AND MULTIPLE CATEGORY, AGE 19+ AND AGE 35+, IF HE WISH TO.

TOURNAMENT DECLARATIONS

1)     The Organizer have the absolute right to amend the rules and regulations, amend the tournament formats, reduce or increase the prize pool subject to final registered teams.

2)     The Organizer reserves the right to postpone or cancel the tournament in the event of insufficient participants or unforeseen circumstances.

3)     The Organizer shall not be held responsible for any loss, theft or damage of personal belongings.

4)     All the decisions made by The Organizer is absolute and final. Format, disputes, rules are not be challenged by any parties.

5)     For DUPR ratings, The Organizer has the absolute right to disqualified any teams or individuals if deemed fake or manipulated with no refund.

6)     The prize pool are calculated based on 30 teams. Cash Prizes will be adjusted should the teams registered lesser than that.

7)     There will be no refund for all the registration and payment made to the organizers. In case there is player who not able to attend on the day, change of player is permitted but with approval from The Organizer.

8)     No medical officers will be on duty. The Organizer do not responsible for any accidents, injuries and death.
