NOVICE CATEGORY ELIGIBILITY RULES:
1. We will conduct thorough due diligence on every participant.
2. DUPR serves as an initial guideline but does not solely determine eligibility for the Novice category.
- DUPR ratings are locked as of registration date and must have at least 60% reliability.
- If your DUPR rating changes after registration, we will still refer to the rating shown upon registration date. This ensures fair and consistent eligibility for all teams.
- All players must submit valid DUPR ID profiles upon registration and screenshot the DUPR profile as of registration date and submit it by uploading during registration. This is to verify both rating and reliability.
3. Participants without a DUPR rating are welcome to participate in the Intermediate tournament, but due diligence will be conducted to assess their eligibility.
4. Any participant found to have multiple accounts with DUPR ratings will be disqualified.
5. Participants who have won any major tournament, whether on Reclub or elsewhere, will be reviewed to determine their eligibility to compete in the Novice category.
7. If one participant is deemed eligible for the Novice category while their partner is ineligible, the Novice participant must find a replacement. Otherwise, the entire team will be unable to compete.
9. Participants may report other participants they believe should not be in Novice category. We will conduct due diligence, and the final decision will be made by committee.
10. No refunds will be given if a participant is moved from the Novice category.

Team DUPR must be 7.0 or below:

- Each team has a combined DUPR rating less than or equal 7.0.
Example: Approved - 3.75 + 3.145
Not approved 3.858 + 3.256

- Any participant found to have multiple accounts with DUPR ratings will be disqualified.
- Matches will be submitted to DUPR.

Partner Restriction:
- Two participants who have won a tournament together before cannot team up again for this event. They must choose a different partner.
- Players with a tournament win (trophy in their account) cannot partner with another past tournament winner.
- Participants may report other participants they believe exceeded the DUPR stated. We will conduct due diligence, and the final decision will be made by committee.
- Violations will result in disqualification.

INTERMEDIATE CATEGORY ELIGIBILITY RULES:
1. We will conduct thorough due diligence on every participant.
2. DUPR serves as an initial guideline but does not solely determine eligibility for the Intermediate category.
3. Participants without a DUPR rating are welcome to participate in the Intermediate tournament, but due diligence will be conducted to assess their eligibility.
4. Any participant found to have multiple accounts with DUPR ratings will be disqualified.
5. Participants who have won any major tournament, whether on Reclub or elsewhere, will be reviewed to determine their eligibility to compete in the Intermediate category and will be reassessed if their skill level exceeds their current DUPR rating.
6. If one participant is deemed not eligible for the Intermediate category while their partner remains in the Intermediate category, the Intermediate participant must find a replacement. Otherwise, the entire team will not be able to participate.
7. Participants may report other participants they believe should not be in the Intermediate category. We will conduct due diligence, and the final decision will be made by committee.
8. Please note that completing the registration and payment does not guarantee a spot in the tournament. You will be notified by the organizer after eligibility checks have been completed. Only teams that meet the required criteria will be eligible to participate. If we determine that your team does not meet the eligibility requirements, you will be refunded.
