Registration: 7.00am
Group Stage: 8:00am to 1.00pm
Knockout Matches: 1.30pm to 2.30pm

GENERAL RULES
👉🏼 All players must complete registration before or by 25 January 2026 the tournament begins and report to their assigned courts on time. A delay of more than 10 minutes will result in automatic disqualification.
👉🏼 Each participant must have a DUPR ID with a maximum rating of 3.259 at the time of registration.
👉🏼 Match results will be recorded and submitted to DUPR.
👉🏼 All DUPR profiles will be thoroughly screened. Any history & attempt to manipulate or falsify DUPR ratings will result in immediate disqualification, a ban from entry and no refund will be issued.
👉🏼 Player's DUPR will be based on the highest rating recorded since 1 November 2025 to registration date.

TOURNAMENT STRUCTURE & RULES
👉🏼 GROUP STAGE 👈🏼
- Matches will follow a 15-point rally scoring system, with sudden death at 14-14.
- No time out is allowed
- No umpire or linesman will be assigned at the court
- Line calls will be made by the receiver
- The serving team must clearly announce the score before each serve. The receiving team must acknowledge and agree to the announced score.
- The top 2 teams from each group will advance to the Round of 16, following format below :

👉🏼 KNOCKOUT STAGE (ROUND OF 16) 👈🏼
- Matches will use a 15-point rally scoring format, with sudden death at 14–14.
- No time out allowed
- No umpire or linesman will be assigned at the court
- Line calls will be made by the receiver
- The serving team must clearly announce the score before each serve. The receiving team must acknowledge and agree to the announced score.
- Winners will advance to the Quarter Finals.
👉🏼 QUARTER FINALS 👈🏼
- Matches follow the 15-point rally scoring format, with “serve to win” at 14–14.
- 1 x umpire will be assigned at the court
- Side line calls (closer to umpire) and foot faults will be called by umpire
- Other side line and baseline calls will be made by the receiver
- The umpire will call out the score before each serves.
- 1 x Time Out of 1 minute per team is allowed
- Winners move to the Semi Finals.
👉🏼 SEMI FINALS, 3rd & 4th PLACING & FINALS 👈🏼
- Matches will be played using a 11-point rally scoring format, with sudden death at 10-10, best of 3
- 1 x umpire and 2 x linesman will be assigned at the court
- Foot fault will be called by umpire
- The umpire will call out the score before each serves.
- 1 x Time Out of 1 minute per team is allowed
- Line calls will be made by the receiver
- Line calls will be made by the linesman only when a challenge is requested
- Each team is allowed to have two (2) Line Call Challenge per match. The final decision will be made by the linesman or umpire, whichever closer.
TERMS & CONDITION
👉🏼 The organizer reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tournament if there are insufficient participants.
👉🏼 In the event of cancellation, all registered teams will receive a full refund.
👉🏼 In the event of postponement, teams may choose to retain their slot or request a full refund.
👉🏼 Registration fees are non-refundable, except in cases of cancellation or rescheduling.
👉🏼 The organizer may adjust rules or the format if deemed necessary.
👉🏼 Prize amounts may be revised if the final number of participating teams is below expectation.
👉🏼 Should the organizer inadvertently overlook a fraudulent team or player and subsequently receive a complaint regarding the matter, the organizer reserves the right to conduct a review and verification process. Upon confirmation of any fraudulent activity, the organizer may dispute the affected matches, which will result in the team’s or player’s immediate disqualification.
👉🏼 All participants take part in this tournament at their own risk. The organizers shall not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or other incidents that may occur during the event. No medical response team or emergency medical services will be provided by the organizers.
