Player Rating Rules (DUPR)

• Novice Category:
• Eligible for players below DUPR 3.099 (Novice 3.0).
• Intermediate Category:
• Eligible for players below DUPR 3.599 (Intermediate 3.5).
• Novice 3.25:
• Eligible for players below DUPR 3.299

Podium Restriction Rule

• Any participants who achieves a podium finish (Top 3) in higher category within the past 3 months and/or past 5 tournaments, will not be allowed to participate in any category below the level where they achieved the podium in the tournaments.

💳 Payment & Refund Policy

• All registration fees must be paid in full upon confirmation of entry.

• Once payment is made, it is strictly non-refundable.

• Refunds will only be considered in the event of a verified injury or medical emergency that prevents the player from participating.

• Requests for refund due to injury must be supported with a valid medical certificate or official documentation and must be submitted no later than 48 hours before the tournament start time.

• No refunds will be granted for:

– Change of mind

– Scheduling conflicts

– Disqualification due to DUPR rating, or eligibility issues

– Walkovers or no-shows

• The organizer reserves the right to approve or reject any refund request based on the documentation provided.
