YMM Cawangan Taman Midah and Taman Connaught in collaboration with Pickle Genz Club and Tournament Director Chromacore Pickleball is organizing this charitable tournament to promote athletic participation, faster community connection, and demonstrate our commitment to social responsibility. We aim to provide a meaningful and enjoyable sporting experience, the event will dedicate a portion of its proceeds to support a local orphanage or school. This contribution aims to enhance the well-being and educational opportunities of children in need. Through this initiative, we strive to blend sportsmanship with compassion, creating a positive and lasting impact on our community.

📝 Registration Details

1. Entry Fee : RM340 per pair for intermediate, RM300 per pair for Novice; RM100 per pair for kids.
2. Simple register and make your payment through Sports Sync Asia.
3. Registration closing date : 4th June 2026, Thursday

Any registration that comes after the 1st of April, due to t-shirt printing deadline players can still choose their sizes but provided if stock is available.

🧮 Scoring Format

• Round Robin to Quarterfinals : Rally scoring to 15 points (sudden death at 14-14, switch sides at 8th point).
• Semifinals : Rally scoring to 21 points (sudden death at 20-20, switch sides at 11th point).
• 3rd/4th Playoff : Rally scoring to 21 points (sudden death at 20-20 switch sides at 11th point).
• Finals : Rally scoring to 15 points (sudden death at 14-14）（Best of 3)
• Finals(Kids) : Rally scoring to 21 points (sudden death at 20-20) (no best of 3)

Time-Out: 1 minute per team (1 time-out only) starting from Round of 16.

⚠️ Terms & conditions:

✅ All players are expected to join with integrity. Substitution of players, creation of sub-account, manipulation of DUPR ratings are NOT allowed and in such cases the Tournament Committee reserves the right to verify and disqualify ineligible players with NO refund of registration fee.

✅ Players must ensure that they meet the DUPR requirements at the time of registration. Any player who exceeds the stipulated DUPR requirement at the point of registration will have their entry voided, and registration fees will not be refunded.

✅ When registration players must have DUPR account and reliable 50% and above. (Age 17 and below DUPR reliable less than 50% is acceptable)

✅ Screening of DUPR ratings will be conducted and verified against records back one month before the registration date.

✅ The organiser reserves the final right to disqualify any participant due to unsportsmanlike behaviour or misconduct.

✅ All scores will be recorded and submitted to DUPR.

✅ The detailed match scheduling and timings are subject to change based on tournament progress.

✅ Grace period of 5 minutes for late arrivals according to the schedule to be updated before tournament day. Failure to show up will result in a walkover and score will be recorded as 0-15.

✅ Organiser reserves the right to change the T&Cs from time to time whenever it fits to the tournament scenario.

✅ Refund (if any) will incur a 3% transaction charge by the platform.
