世华杯 GFCBW CUP 2026

The inaugural GFCBW Pickleball Charity Cup brings together players, entrepreneurs, and community leaders for a meaningful day of sport, connection, and giving back. Organised by the Global Federation of Chinese Business Women, this charity-focused tournament celebrates unity and an active lifestyle through pickleball.

📆Date: Saturday, 25 April 2026

⏰Time: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

📍Venue: 55 Gatheround Pickleball - Kulai

🌍Eligibility: Open to all players

⚡DUPR Combined < 6.5

💠Tournament Categories

Three Competitive Categories:

• Men’s Doubles

• Women’s Doubles

• Mixed Doubles

Each category consists of a maximum of 32 teams.

• Team Event (Sponsor Special)

Each team consists of a maximum of 6 members. (Min. 4 members)

The competition will be divided into:

• Group Stage (Round Robin)

• Knockout Stage

💰Registration fee：RM250/ Team

💰Prizes：

Combined DUPR <6.5 (All Categories)

(Men’s Doubles, Women’s Doubles & Mixed Doubles)

🥇 Champion – RM1,500 Cash Money + 100 Court Vouchers+ Medal x2 + Trophy x2

🥈 2nd Place – RM800 Cash Money +100 Court Vouchers+ Medal x2

🥉 3rd Place – RM400 Cash Money + 100 Court Vouchers+ Medal x2

🏅 4th Place – RM100 Court Vouchers / Team

Total Prize pool RM10,000

⚠️Eligibility & Rating Verification

• Player eligibility is based on rating at the time of registration.

• Rating complaints must be raised before matches begin.

• Each player’s DUPR rating must not exceed 3.5.

• Participants without a valid DUPR rating (NR) will be automatically considered as 3.495

• The Organiser reserves the right to verify ratings and tournament records.

• Players found exceeding category limits may be disqualified without refund.

• All eligible match results may be submitted to DUPR.

• The Tournament Committee’s decision on eligibility is final.

Registration

• 8 AM

Mixed Doubles– Combined DUPR < 6.5

• 9 AM – 1 PM

Men’s Doubles – Combined DUPR < 6.5

• 2 PM – 5 PM

Women’s Doubles – Combined DUPR < 6.5

• 5 PM – 7 PM

⚠️ Match scheduling and timings are subject to change based on tournament progress.

🔸 Tournament Structure

- Group Stage (Round Robin)

• Each category is divided into 8 pools

• Each pool consists of 4 teams

• Each team plays 3 matches

• Rankings determined by:

1. Number of Matches Won
2. Point Difference (if required)

The top 2 teams from each pool advance.

A total of 16 teams per category qualify for the Knockout Stage.

- Knockout Stage

Single-Elimination Format:

• Round of 16

• Quarterfinals

• Semifinals

• Final

Winners proceed to the next round.

Losing teams are eliminated.

🔸 Match Format & Scoring

Group Stage, R16 & Quarterfinals

• 1 game per match

• First team to 15 points wins

• Rally scoring system

• Sudden death at 14–14 (next point wins)

• Teams switch sides at 8 points

• No timeouts

• Receiver call applies

• Hydration breaks allowed

• Injury timeout: Maximum 15 minutes

Semifinals & Finals

• First team to 21 points wins

• Rally scoring system

• Sudden death at 20–20 (next point wins)

• Teams switch sides at 11 points

• 1-minute timeout per team

• Line judge present on court

• Medical timeout: Maximum 15 minutes

👮‍♀️Match Regulations

• Tournament Official (TO) decisions are final.

• Tournament Director (TD) may intervene if necessary.

• Players must report to court promptly when called.

• Failure to appear may result in a walkover.

• Inability to continue due to injury will result in forfeiture.

Registration & Deadline

• Registration is first-come, first-served.

• Registration is confirmed only upon full payment

• Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, except if the Organiser cancels the tournament.

• The Organiser reserves the right to close registration once a category reaches full capacity.

• Partner changes are not permitted after the draw is finalised, unless approved by the Organiser and before the team’s first match.

• Full refund only if the category is cancelled

The Organiser reserves the right to:

• Amend match format

• Adjust scheduling

• Modify structure if required

• Make final rulings on disputes

All decisions by the Organiser are final and binding.
