❌ Cancellation Policy

• If fewer than 8 teams are registered, the event will be cancelled and full refunds will be issued

• No refunds once registration is confirmed

• If unable to attend, participants may arrange their own replacement

🔥 Match Format

• Pool Play (Round Robin)

• Top 1st & 2nd from each pool advance (based on points)

• Round Robin → Quarter Final → Semi Final

• Winners advance to the Final

• Losing semi-finalists play the 3rd Place Match

🎯 Scoring System (Round Robin Stage / Quarter final)

• Rally point scoring to 15 points

• Sudden death at 14–14 (no deuce)

• Teams switch sides upon reaching 8 points
