🎯 DUPR Rating Requirements

• All participants must have a DUPR rating below 3.299 (Novice)
• Combined team DUPR total must not exceed 6.000
• All match results will be officially recorded and submitted to DUPR
• Players must register on Sportssync.asia and ensure their DUPR account is synced

🔒 DUPR Rating Lock

• A player’s DUPR rating at the time of registration will determine eligibility
• Any rating changes after registration will not affect eligibility

🛡️ Account Integrity

• Use of fake or duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited
• Any player found violating this rule will be immediately disqualified

⏰ Punctuality Policy

• Players must report to their assigned courts on time
• Failure to appear within 10 minutes after a match is called will result in a “no‑show” forfeit
• Absent teams will be automatically forfeited

👥 Age Eligibility

• The tournament is open to all age groups

🧩 Group Format

• 3 teams per group
• 8 groups total (24 teams)
• Round‑robin format

🎮 Group Stage Matches

• Matches played to 21 points, rally scoring
• No deuce — sudden death applies
• Each team will play 2 matches within their group

🚀 Advancement

• Top 2 teams from each group advance to the Round of 16

🏆 Knockout Rounds Format

Round of 16

• 21 points, rally scoring
• No deuce — sudden death applies

Quarterfinals & Semifinals

• First to 21 points, rally scoring
• At 20–20, win by 2 points

3rd Place Match & Final

• Best of 3 games
• Each game to 11 points
• At 10–10, win by 2 points

🚑 Injury Time Policy

• One (1) injury timeout of 15 minutes allowed per match
• If a player cannot continue after the timeout, the match is considered a forfeit

💰 Prize Money Policy

• 🥇 1st Place: RM 1,500 + Medal
• 🥈 2nd Place: RM 800 + Medal
• 🥉 3rd Place: RM 400 + Medal

Important Notes:

• Prize money is guaranteed only with full participation
• If participation is insufficient, prizes will be prorated proportionally

• Shower facilities available for all participants

✅ Check‑In & Verification

• All players must check in before 11:30 AM
• Paddle inspection and identity verification will be conducted
• Any team with a member arriving more than 15 minutes late will be disqualified

⚠️ Paddle Regulations (Important)

• Only USAPA‑approved and UPA‑A‑approved paddles are permitted
• Non‑certified paddles (e.g. Joola Mod TA‑15, OEM paddles, or unlisted models) are NOT allowed
• All match results will be recorded and submitted to DUPR

• All winners must attend the prize‑giving ceremony punctually
• Official event T‑shirt must be worn during opening & closing ceremonies
• Registration details must be complete and accurate
• Non‑refundable fees under all circumstances
• Entry is first‑come, first‑served
• All players must present their original identity card on match day
