Description
Welcome to Picklebebs first ever mixed double DUPR < 7.0 Tournament
Take Note 📝-
1)Registration fee for early bird will be RM178 for first opening 2 days of registration. After first 2 days, registration fee will be RM198.
2) Tournament will be held at Dink Arena Subang Jaya
3) The tournament will begin at 2pm and end at approximately 6pm
4) This is a 48 teams of mixed doubles DUPR < 7.0 tournament
5) Participants MUST have RECLUB ID and a rating of below 7.0 combined upon registration
6) Tournament matches will be submitted to DUPR and will be recorded into sportsync website
7) Age group is open to all
8) If the number of registrations is underwhelmed, we will readjust the prize pool. Players can then decide to withdraw from the tournament.
Format&Rules -
1)DUPR rating combined for both players should not exceed 7.0 in total. As we are looking at the highest DUPR rating recorded in May with a minimum of 70 % reliability.
2)Players must report to their designated venue on time. If a player fails to show up within 10 mins of their matches being called, it will be a walkover of 15-3 for their opponents
3)6 teams per group and a total of 8 groups
4) Round Robin - 13 points Rally, sudden death format
5)If group stage teams tied with same point then score difference will come into account to decide which team to go through.
6)Each team will play a total of 5 games in their group stage
7)Top 2 teams from each group will qualify to round of 16
8)Round of 16 - 15 points rally, sudden death
9)Quarter final - 15 points Rally, sudden death
10)Semi Final - 15 points Rally best of 3 , sudden death
11)Final and 3rd/4th placing - 15 points Rally, best of 3 serve to win
12)There will ONLY be umpire during semi final, 3rd/4th placing, and finals. Players will be responsible for making line calls, any dispute will result in re-serve of that point. Umpire's decision is final
13)Registration fees need to be made to ERIC TEH THIEN HONG (0169289723) to secure your slot. Once payment is done you may share your receipt in general chat and please state your phone number as we will add you into a whatsapp group. Thank you
14) Players should arrive by 1.30pm for registration. If later than 2pm, then it will be considered as disqualified
