• Player eligibility is determined based on the DUPR information submitted at the time of registration.
• When a participant registers, the registration system records the player’s DUPR rating as it appears at that time. If a player’s DUPR rating subsequently increases due to participation in other tournaments before this event, it does not affect their eligibility, provided they met the category requirements when they registered.
• Players are free to participate in other tournaments after registering, and any resulting DUPR rating changes are part of the normal progression of the rating system. Therefore, eligibility for this tournament will not be reassessed based on rating changes after registration.
• This policy is applied consistently to all participants to ensure fairness, transparency, and equal treatment throughout the tournament.

• NO REFUND shall be made after the draw is out.
• The organizers and referees have the right to disqualify any players during the game if the player fail to communicate or being disrespectful/unsportsmanlike conduct.
• In any case, if the player is caught with manipulating their DUPR score, you will get disqualified without further questions and no refund will be made.
• Organizer reserves the right to use any photos taken during the tournament.
