Upcoming September 21, 2025, we will come alive with an electrifying pickleball showdown! Players from Men’s Doubles and Mixed Doubles will gather under the dazzling lights to battle it out on the prestigious Championship Court. The action kicks off on September 21, 2025 at 10:00 AM, with all 8 courts in play to deliver an unforgettable competition experience. Expect not only high-speed, intense rallies but also a lively, welcoming atmosphere that brings the pickleball community together. With thrilling matches, exciting prizes, and the roar of passionate supporters, this will be the ultimate night for every pickleball enthusiast!

Please be at the venue at 9am for registration.
Game will start at 10am sharp.

2️⃣ Mixed Doubles -🕗2.00pm - 6:00pm

SCORING FORMAT ALL EVENTS:
- 32 teams each category divided into 8 groups of 4 teams randomly. We will be using 8 courts.

GROUP STAGE: - Round-robin, rally to 15 points per match, sudden death, no serve to win. Switch court sides at 8 points. - Top 2 teams from each pool will advance to Round of 16.
Number of Sets: 1 Set

ROUND OF 16: - Rally to 15 points per match, sudden death, no serve to win. Switch court sides at 8 points.
Number of Sets: 1 Set

QUARTERFINALS: Rally to 15 points per match, sudden death, no serve to win. Time-out: one minute per team. Switch court sides at 8 points.
Number of Sets: 1 Set

SEMIFINALS and 3rd place match: - Rally to 21 points per match, sudden death, no serve to win.
- Switch court sides at 11 points.
- Championship court
Number of Sets: 1 Set

FINALS • Rally to 11 points per match, sudden death, no serve to win. Switch court for each set. Last set - switch courts at 6 points.
- Championship court
Number of Sets: Best of 3 sets

Time-Out: - Group stage: No time out
- Quarterfinal, Semifinal and 3rd place: 1 time out per team (1 minute each time)
- Final: 2 time out per team in between 3 sets (1 minute each time)

DUPR: - All matches will be recorded in the DUPR system.

# DUPR & FAIRPLAY
1. All games played will be recorded and submitted to DUPR for rating purposes.
2. Players must ensure that they meet the DUPR requirements at the time of registration. Any player who exceeds the stipulated DUPR requirement will have their entry voided, and registration fees will not be refunded.
3. Players who don’t have a rating (NR) are allowed to participate.
4. To ensure fairness and integrity in the competition:
- All players must register using their primary DUPR account. Registration under secondary or alternate DUPR accounts is strictly prohibited. The organiser reserves the right to disqualify any player found in violation.
- The organiser retains the discretion to refuse entry to any professional or high-level player who appears to have an artificially deflated DUPR rating in all categories.
- Creating multiple DUPR accounts or using selective accounts to enter certain categories is prohibited. Violators will be reported to DUPR and banned from the tournament.
5. Players will need to check in one hour before their categories start.
6. Both teams must be present at their assigned court within 5 minutes of the official match call time. Failure to do so will result in a forfeit being issued to the team that does not show up.
7. In the event of a walkover, a score of 0 will be recorded for the forfeiting side.
8. The organiser reserves the final right to disqualify any participants who we deem to be over-qualified for the said category (men’s & mixed), even when a match is already in play.
9. The organiser reserves the final right to disqualify any participant due to unsportsmanlike behaviour or misconduct.
10. Participants acknowledge that Pickleball is a physically demanding sport, and by participating, you assume full responsibility for your health and well-being. Players acknowledge and accept the risks associated with the sport and agree not to hold the organiser and venue liable for any potential injuries.

# WITHDRAWALS
1. No refunds will be issued once payment has been made.
2. If a player is unable to compete, a replacement may be permitted before **18th September 2025**, provided that:
- The replacement meets the eligibility and rating requirements for the division.
- The change receives approval from the Tournament Director.
3. Any requests made after **18th September 2025** will not be accepted.
