3. Players who don’t have a rating (NR) are allowed to participate in the Novice and Intermediate categories.
4. To ensure fairness and integrity in the competition:
- All players must register using their primary DUPR account. Registration under secondary or alternate DUPR accounts is strictly prohibited. The organiser reserves the right to disqualify any player found in violation.
- The organiser retains the discretion to refuse entry to any professional or high-level player who appears to have an artificially deflated DUPR rating in either the Novice or Intermediate categories.
- Creating multiple DUPR accounts or using selective accounts to enter certain categories is prohibited. Violators will be reported to DUPR and banned from the tournament.
5. Players will need to check in one hour before their categories start.
6. Both teams must be present at their assigned court within 5 minutes of the official match call time. Failure to do so will result in a forfeit being issued to the team that does not show up.
7. In the event of a walkover, a score of 0 will be recorded for the forfeiting side.
8. The organiser reserves the final right to disqualify any participants who we deem to be over-qualified for the said category (Novice & Intermediate), even when a match is already in play.
9. The organiser reserves the final right to disqualify any participant due to unsportsmanlike behaviour or misconduct.
10. Participants acknowledge that Pickleball is a physically demanding sport, and by participating, you assume full responsibility for your health and well-being.
