Men's Doubles & Mixed Doubles DUPR<2.749

* Registration Fee: RM188 / pair (max 40 pairs)

* Prizes: 

🥇1st Place — RM1000 + Medal

🥈2nd Place — RM700 + Medal

🥉3rd Place — RM500 + Medal

Men's Doubles & Mixed Doubles DUPR<3.299

* Registration Fee: RM208 / pair (max 32 pairs)

* Prizes: 

🥇1st Place — RM1000 + Medal

🥈2nd Place — RM700 + Medal

🥉3rd Place — RM500 + Medal

(Note: Prizes may be adjusted if a category does not meet targeted entries.)

SCORING FORMAT

* Round Robin, R16, Quarter-Finals, and Semi-Finals:

1 game to 15 points, rally scoring. Sudden death (no deuce). Switch sides at 8 points.

* Bronze Match and Finals:

1 game to 21 points, rally scoring. Sudden death (no deuce). Switch sides at 11 points.

TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE

* Draws, brackets, and schedule to be released on SportsSync 2 days after registration closing. 

* IMPORTANT NOTE: 

1. Due to potential scheduling clashes, players CANNOT join two different DUPR of the same categories (e.g., MD 2.749 and MD 3.299; XD 2.749 and XD 2.749)❌. However, players CAN join both categories of the same or different DUPR (e.g., MD 2.749 and XD 2.749; MD 3.299 and XD 2.749; XD 3.299 and MD 2.749)✅

2. ⁠No scheduling accommodations or refunds for match clashes. Kindly reach out to organiser if you’re unsure.

DUPR REQUIREMENTS

* Valid DUPR ID required

* No multiple or category specific DUPR accounts

* Eligibility determined by rating held ONE MONTH prior to registration.

* Manual audits will be conducted. If DUPR manipulation is found, players will be disqualified with NO REFUND. 

TOURNAMENT PERSONNEL & ROLES

* Tournament Officer / Match Monitor: Manages logistical flow, starts/ends matches, and tracks scores. They do NOT have refereeing authority.

* Referee: Provided for Semi-Finals, Bronze Match, and Finals. Holds full authority over rules and scoring.

* Tournament Director: Final authority on scheduling, brackets, and disputes.

OFFICIATING & LINE CALLS

* Round Robin to Quarter-Finals: Matches are overseen by a Tournament Officer, but players are responsible for making their own line calls and keeping their own score. Server must call the score before every serve. 

* Semi-Finals Onwards: Official Referees will be assigned to handle all duties.

* Disputes: Must be raised IMMEDIATELY during the match. No retrospective challenges.

REPLACEMENT & REFUND POLICY

* Strict no-refund policy for withdrawals or disqualifications.

* Replacements:

 1. Permitted to find replacement latest 2 days before the tournament.

 2. Replacement must meet all DUPR/eligibility criteria.

 3. If no eligible replacement is found, no refund is provided.

 4. All requests must be approved by the Tournament Director.

GENERAL REGULATIONS

* Proper athletic attire and non-marking court shoes required.

* Organiser is not liable for loss or damage to personal items.

* Participants acknowledge risk and ensure their own fitness. 

* Organizer reserves the right to use event media for non-commercial purposes.
